Life can be full of transitions, stress, and unexpected challenges. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about your next steps, counseling can be an opportunity to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and find new ways forward.

I work with men and women navigating a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, divorce, grief, life transitions, burnout, and relationship struggles. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—both to yourself and to the people around you.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy in a way that is personally tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore the stories you tell yourself, both about yourself and the world around you. As you gain awareness of your thoughts and patterns, you’ll also learn practical tools for managing emotions, changing unhelpful thinking, and creating a healthier, more balanced mindset.

Coming to counseling doesn't mean there is something wrong with you.  Quite the opposite.  It’s about recognizing your strengths, rediscovering your identity, and helping you grow into the person you want to be. I’ll walk with you as you develop new skills, discover fresh perspectives, and take meaningful steps toward the life you’ve imagined.

Couples Counseling

Every relationship faces challenges, whether it’s communication struggles, ongoing conflict, or simply the feeling of growing apart. Over time, even strong couples can find themselves stuck in painful patterns that leave both partners feeling unheard, frustrated, or disconnected.

I help couples navigate the ups and downs of long-term relationships with empathy and understanding. Using a common factors approach, I focus on what helps couples heal—improving communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening emotional connection. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that keep you stuck and practice new ways of interacting that foster safety, respect, and closeness.

In our work, you’ll learn how to really listen and be heard, manage conflict in healthier ways, and rediscover the friendship and intimacy that first brought you together. My goal is not just to help you solve problems, but to help you experience the deep joy of a relationship built on connection, care, and mutual growth.
